Barry moskowitz

Barry Moskowitz is a retired Police Captain from the Tampa Police Department.  He has over 28 years of law enforcement experience and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Florida International University.  

Captain Moskowitz has proudly served as a Field Training Officer, Field Training Corporal, Field Training Sergeant and Field Training Lieutenant over the past 19 years of his career.  

As a Captain, he was assigned to District One, overseeing patrol squads and field training squads as the department’s F.T.E.P Coordinator. He has dedicated the majority of his career to the Field Training Program.
