BASIC F.T.E.P. CERTIFICATION

Five-day, 40-hour course developed to build the officer’s knowledge, skill and ability to become effective trainers in the F.T.O. program. This course is designed for the newly appointed or appointed or aspiring field-training officers, not the longtime veteran F.T.O. Approved by CJSTC for Salary Incentive. 

F.T.E.P. REFRESHER  

Two-day, 16-hour course designed to review and refresh key topics in the basic F.T.E.P. Certification including, but not limited to proper use of the ratings and remedial training. 

F.T.O. SUPERVISOR SEMINAR

One day, 8-hour seminar designed for the first line field-training supervisor to identify and address issues and concerns in the area of the field training program. Topics range from legal standards, continuity of the S.E.G.’s, documentation and the critical role of the F.T.O. supervisor.  

SCHOOL RESOURCE OFFICER CERTIFICATION

Five day, 40-hour course developed to build the officer’s knowledge, skill and ability to become effective School Resource Officers. This course is designed for the newly appointed or aspiring school resource officers. Approved by the CJSTC for Salary Incentive.
