About Us

 Leo Trainers, LLC instructors have provided Field Training and Evaluation instruction and consultation services to law enforcement agencies and certified training centers since 2004.

Leo Trainers, LLC instructors have conducted over 70 Field Training Certification Courses certifying over 1400 officers as trainers and 20 Commander and Supervisory Field Training Seminars. Leo Trainers, LLC has provided formal and informal field training program evaluation and development services to agencies including the southeastern Public Safety Institute (S.E.P.S.I.), Pasco-Hernando State College (P.H.S.C.), University of Tampa and other State and Municipal agencies. The services included instruction, certification and expert advice.

Leo Trainers, LLC are active sworn law enforcement officers who hold active FDLE instructor certifications and who are retired Field Training officers, supervisors and coordinators with over 100 years of combined experience.
